We have extensive experience in customer service dealing with workstations, servers, LAN and WiFi networks.  We service many clients remotely using the Citrix GOTO Assist application.  Unattended remote support capabilities enables us to respond to emergency calls without our client having to enable the connection.  This is very beneficial when problems with servers are encountered and the client is away from their office.
